Every member of Hands of Mercy's team is a volunteer. No employee or member of Hands of Mercy Global Ministries receives any salary, compensation, or other consideration for their work.

Dr. Patrick Reeves, DO is the President and Medical Director of Hands of Mercy Ministries. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Promedica Coldwater Regional Hospital in Coldwater, Michigan, and is currently serving in the United States Navy as a Family Practice Physician at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, in Washington State. He and his wife Ashley have two sons, Malachi and Arlo, who they hope will be joining them in the mission field in a few years.

Ashley Reeves, MSW is the Secretary and logistical talent behind Hands of Mercy. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and another Bachelor's Degree in Family Life Education, as well as a graduate of Michigan State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She has worked as an intensive in-home counselor treating traumatized children, and now works as a program coordinator for the Navy's Exceptional Family Member Program, helping connect military families with special needs to community resources.

Sherry Conine, RN, is the Nursing Director and Social Media Manager of Hands of Mercy. She is a graduate of Kellogg Community College where she received her RN degree in 2006. Sherry joined the Hands of Mercy team in 2018 on our Rio Blanco trip and fell in love with Honduras and the Honduran people. She has five wonderful children and five grandchildren. Sherry eventually plans to work in missions full time.

Suzanne Lowe, CNM, is the Director of our Women's Health Program. She is a graduate of Baystate Medical Center School of Midwifery in 1998. Suzanne came on her first trip with Hands of Mercy in 2019 and was one of the primary planners in the early development of our Women's Health program. She is currently the Director of Women's Health at a local community health center in Rhode Island and practices privately as well.
